Designer Series Recognition Walls are shipped in a professionally designed packaging system
that allows for safe and secure transportation to anywhere in North America. Shipping is quoted at
the time of order based on your postal/zip code and any special delivery instructions.
Absolutely! Our state-of-the-art Content Management System (CMS) allows you to have total
control over the content, messaging, and playlists displayed on the recognition walls. This system
makes it simple to update and manage content as needed.
Maintaining and cleaning the recognition walls is straightforward. For general cleaning, a soft,
damp cloth is recommended. For more specific maintenance instructions, please refer to the user
manual provided with your installation.
Envision provides comprehensive support both during and after installation. Our team is available
to assist with any questions or concerns you may have, ensuring a smooth and successful setup.

The Designer Series product comes with a set number of 15 hours included in the price for the
Envision design team to work with you to identify all the messaging required for each of the static
and digital portions of the wall. We will advise on the best use of each and format and load the
opening show, as well as providing basic training on how to update existing content and load new
content via our easy-to-use Content Management System.
The Designer Series comes with an easy-to-set-up technology package that includes a computer
pre-loaded with the Content Management System software and your opening show content,
developed in advance with the help of our design team. Also included are all the necessary cables
and switches. Full instructions are provided, and Envision can either send someone to assist with
the installation on-site or be available for online tech support as required during your installation.
